Culture is at the centre of my work. Since my studies, I have been interested in the conditions that allow it to develop — and in the impulses this can create for cities, regions and society.
I develop strategies, projects and partnerships with cultural organisations, public institutions, cities and European partners. My work includes organisational development and cultural funding as well as cultural and urban development, sustainability and European cooperation projects.
My work spans the process from the initial idea through partnerships and funding to the structuring and implementation of complex projects.
CVANO is my independent project office for culture, transformation and European cooperation.

Sustainability for the performing arts
GREENSTAGE is a European cooperation project supporting sustainability in the performing arts, with a particular focus on circular economy and resource use in theatre production.
Funded by Creative Europe, the project develops and tests practical approaches through the Sustainability Assessment for the Performing Arts (SAPA), the Zero Waste Stage Toolbox and Labs, and Local Policy Hubs.

Since my studies, I have been interested in the role culture can play in the development of cities, regions and societies. This question continues to shape my professional work.
