My work spans organisational development, European cooperation, cultural and urban development, and the development and coordination of partnerships and complex projects.
I support cultural organisations and public institutions through processes of change — from analysing existing structures and ways of working to developing and implementing changes that can be sustained in practice.
A particular focus is on current transformation challenges such as sustainability and the considered use of AI in working and administrative processes. I draw on experience and tools from my work in sustainable organisational development and focus on the capabilities, resources and structures an organisation needs to embed new ways of working in its day-to-day practice.
Depending on the task, this may involve responsibilities and processes, new ways of working, the strategic development of an organisation or support for a broader transformation process.
Transformation concerns not only organisations, but also the instruments through which development is supported and steered. Another area of my work is therefore the design and further development of funding programmes. I support public institutions and funding bodies in developing funding instruments that respond to cultural policy objectives and future challenges, enable development and remain administratively robust and compliant with public budgetary requirements.

I develop and support funded projects from the initial idea through to implementation. This includes sharpening the project concept, identifying suitable funding programmes, developing the project and financing structure, building partnerships and preparing the funding application.
I support applications to regional, federal and European funding programmes as well as foundations, translating the substantive idea into a project structure that meets the requirements of the relevant programme without losing sight of its core purpose.
For collaborative and consortium-based projects, I also develop and structure partnerships and consortia. In European projects in particular, this involves working across different institutional and national contexts and turning a shared question into a coherent and workable project.
Depending on the assignment, I can also continue through project management, funding administration, partner coordination, reporting and implementation.

The focus is on clear shared objectives, workable roles and decision-making structures, and forms of cooperation that allow different perspectives to become the basis for concrete joint work.

My work is shaped by many years of experience in cultural organisations, public institutions and European projects.
I develop projects and strategies from the specific context in which they have to work: the organisation, the people involved, available resources, funding conditions and the institutional framework.
My role varies with the task. It can range from concept development and partnership building to funding applications, project coordination, facilitation or supporting an organisation in developing a new programme.
